We now have a dry cedar sauna in our facility!!

We recently changed the sauna to a dry sauna and there are many benefits that one may not realize. The sauna’s heat causes your body to sweat and this will release unwanted toxins in your body.

If you are looking to loose weight, spending time in a dry sauna on regular basis and a healthy diet can result in healthy weight loss. Taking a few extra minutes at the end of your workout to relax in our sauna could be beneficial to you!
