We have one lay down tanning bed in our facility. Get that “Just stepped off the beach look” all year round. Also great for mood boosting during long rainy winters. Everyone needs a little extra Vitamin D.

Warm up in our dry cedar sauna. Dry sauna’s provide many benefits including the release of unwanted toxins in your body, healthy weight loss and relaxation. Taking a few extra minutes at the end of your workout to relax in our sauna could be beneficial to you!
